Problem Statement
Corona period gave rise to home deliveries, which is done through Petrol and Diesel Vehicles. This new age solution gave rise to pollution. The global weighted average is 204g CO2. India's last-mile emissions per delivery stand at 285g CO2. Last mile courier industry emitted approximately 500 thousand tonnes of CO2 in 2022. Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai emit more CO2 from LML than Last Mile Logistics (LML) emissions from France or Canada.
We are solving this problem by delivering consignment from Ecommerce company's warehouses to customer doorstep through Electric Vehicles.
Which do you think are the innovative factors of your idea?
Using Electric Vehicles for deliveries, thus no tail pipe carbon emissions. India's 1st Carbon Negative EV fleet operator, thus E-commerce giants like Amazon, Flipkart and the likes can offset their scope 3 Carbon Emissions just by availing our services. Our IoT solutions such as trip recording, remote immobilization, starting our EV through App login only (not with only Keys), fleet management, rider management and other such innovative tech solutions not only give us control over our fleet but also help us get efficient and scale our business too. We have tied up with a FinTech firm to provide Credit Line for our Blue collar Jobbers (Riders or Delivery Partners), since Riders are usually in hand to mouth situation, this benefit helps them on day to day basis.

Reducing pollution, creating employment, organizing the unorganized delivery sector, through tech get more clarity and increasing efficiency are few of the benefits our idea brings to the industry.
To which challenges does your idea provide a solution to?
As described earlier in the problem statement, our idea solves pollution issues, creates employment and quality of life for blue collar jobs, through tech there s more transparency in operations, an age old conventional logistics gets a new, cool, tech enabled look. Adoption of Electric Vehicles becomes easier for the general public.
